Cindy Josefson | President
Cindy Josefson is an Operations Supervisor and the supportive mother of Eric, at Turning Point Door County. Cindy brings knowledge and plenty of background experience. She helps with in-home support, daily programs, and job coaching. Cindy and her family moved to Door County in 2017, due to her brother’s death; they had to relocate to run a family business he had run. Around the same time, her son had just aged out of the Illinois school system. Cindy had been to Door County frequently, as her father drove for pleasure and represented the Sturgeon Bay Maritime Museum. After her move, she met the owner of Turning Point Door County, Tim Beck, and the rest is history. Cindy is grateful for the inception of Turning Point Door County because she’s been able to watch Eric flourish and be who he wants to be. She loves watching her son build relationships he’s never had before. Cindy enjoys working and watching members do the same, as they go out into the community, engaged and learning hands-on.
